Refund policy
At GrowShe, we take great care in delivering quality products to our customers. Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you have received a wrong item or a defective product, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
🚫 No Returns. Exchange Only.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is delivered. Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:
✅ Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Exchange is only applicable if:
- You received a wrong product, or
- You received a defective/damaged item.
- To process your request, please email us at info@growshe.com with:
- Clear photos of the item(s) received.
- Your order ID.
- A brief explanation for the exchange.
🚚 Exchange Process:
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
- The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Exchange shipping is free of cost, customer do not have to pay any amount.
📌 Please Note:
- Exchanges are not applicable for reasons like size preference, change of mind, or delay in delivery due to courier issues.
- We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
- In the rare case where the exact item is not available for exchange, store credit may be provided.
