Refund policy

At GrowShe, we take great care in delivering quality products to our customers. Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you have received a wrong item or a defective product, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

🚫 No Returns. Exchange Only.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is delivered. Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:


✅ Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchange is only applicable if:
  1. You received a wrong product, or
  2. You received a defective/damaged item.
  • To process your request, please email us at info@growshe.com with:
  1. Clear photos of the item(s) received.
  2. Your order ID.
  3. A brief explanation for the exchange.

🚚 Exchange Process:

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Exchange shipping is free of cost, customer do not have to pay any amount. 

📌 Please Note:

  • Exchanges are not applicable for reasons like size preference, change of mind, or delay in delivery due to courier issues.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
  • In the rare case where the exact item is not available for exchange, store credit may be provided.
